How to install systempropertiesperformance.exe:

Copy file systempropertiesperformance.exe to the installation directory of the program that is requesting systempropertiesperformance.exe.
If that doesn't work, you will have to copy systempropertiesperformance.exe to your system directory. By default, this is:
