How to install rpcltscm.dll:

Copy file rpcltscm.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting rpcltscm.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to copy rpcltscm.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10 - C:\Windows\System32
