How to install h3ccmped.exe:

Copy file h3ccmped.exe to the installation directory of the program that is requesting h3ccmped.exe.
If that doesn't work, you will have to copy h3ccmped.exe to your system directory. By default, this is:
Windows 95/98/Me - C:\Windows\System
Windows NT/2000 - C:\WINNT\System32
Windows XP, Vista, 7, 10 - C:\Windows\System32
